A new community hub for Chigwell: the forthcoming community hub currently at design stage, is planned to house a new library, accommodation to replace Victory Hall (including Chigwell Men’s Club) and to house the Chigwell Parish Council Offices all of which currently occupy the site on Hainault Road.
